| Abstract | The proposed old age pension scheme(OPS) is a major Government policy initiative. The concept of the scheme is relatively new to Hong Kong. There are a number of public misconceptions, fuelled by some of the myths that our critics keep feeding the public. We should keep the debate at a rational level. The author shall therefore try to dispel some of the more popular myths and misconceptions in this article. |
