Kwong, unfolded the full list of licensees for local wireless fixed telecommunications network services (FTNS) and satellite-based external FTNS. The Office of Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) has altogether issued five local wireless FTNS licenses and 12 external facilities licenses. |
