AbstractThe article features that money is still the key motivation according to a recent survey of Hong Kong employees by global market research firm Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). The salary package was listed as the most important job criteria by 58 percent of those surveyed. Despite the fact that 51 percent of those interviewed said they would either experienced redundancy themselves, or had a close family member or friend who had, job security still ranked second to cash (49 percent).
