| Abstract | Sales of the book, Site Preparation for the New Hong Kong International Airport, have been brisk since its release on 1 July 1998. By late August, the Airport Authority (AA) Hong Kong recorded sales of more than 100 copies (in addition to an order for 80 copies placed by the American Society of Civil Engineers prior to publication). Many AA business partners also ordered more than one copy. All royalties from the book's sale go to the very worthy causes sponsored by the Lighthouse Club Benevolent Fund. |
