| Abstract | In February 1999, the Humane Society of the United States organized its Animal Care Expo'99 in Florida. This annual event attracted over 1000 people, all of whom work for various animal welfare related organizations around the world. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) (SPCA) was proud to be invited to participate and share information and experiences with other organizations. |
