| Abstract | The set up of the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association (DSA) Employment Services Centre is to provide employment services to people with Down Syndrome or other mental handicaps who are looking for open employment. Pre-vocational training with different job natures are provided to the trainees. The article introduces how the Association trains up a trainee to become an office assistance. |
