| Abstract | Knowing how crucial proper support is in the very early stages, in 1993 the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association started the New Born Down Syndrome Service. It is designed to provide a comprehensive service for families with Down Syndrome babies (aged 0-2) which would include casework, groupwork, provision of resources and liaison with the hospital which the baby attended. |
