| Abstract | The Department of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) has signed a Co-operative Education Partnerhsip Agreement with the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and McDonald's respectively, which provide their degree students an excellent opportunity to undertake on-the-job, comprehensive training in KFC's and McDonald's fast food restaurants for five weeks during summer. |
