| Abstract | The article features the 'Preferred Graduate' Development Programme, a collaborative scheme which was established in 1996 by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) with Partner Companies to provide practical training to students before their graduation. About 170 companies have already joined the unique scheme. |
