| Abstract | Quality systems such as ISO 9000 have been widely adopted in the construction industry. Using appropriately as a tool, ISO 9000 can be of great assistance to the management and documentation of any potential construction disputes that may subsequently arise. The article presents the illustration of the techniques for so using ISO 9000 with real cases underpinning this approach. |
