| Abstract | The streetscapes of Tsim Sha Tsui -- the site of P&T's latest office needle -- are lovingly described by the firm as "architecturally chaotic." At a mere 22 storeys, the height of the building may not seem quite as impressive as the monoliths being erected across the harbour. But on Granville Road in the midst of Tsim Sha Tsui (TST)'s concrete maze, those 22 storeys occupy a site of only 204 square meter. |
