| Abstract | The Hong Kong Industrial Technology Centre Corporation (HKITCC) participated once again as the organizer of the Technological Achievement category of the Hong Kong Awards for Industry in 1999. The year since the last set of Awards, however, has not been a good one overall. Hong Kong's economy is in its worst downturn in recent memory, and is undergoing a rather painful restructuring. |
