| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) issued on 25 June 1997 a joint consultation paper on offering mechanisms. The public is invited to express views or comment on the recommendations and proposals set out in the paper which is the result of a review conducted by the SFC and the Exchange following the issuance in November 1994 of the Joint Policy Statement on Offering Mechanisms. |
