| Abstract | Between 1985 and 1994, the Chinese textile industry had been taking the first place in the field of foreign export in China as a whole. While since 1995, the industry has become the second biggest export industry. The situation of the Chinese textile export even became worse in 1996. The article explores the relating problems and the prospects of Chinese textile industry, including the present situation of the industry development and the Chinese textile export, the reason of the export decline, and the reform for the development of Chinese textile industries. |
