| Abstract | To better understand the situations of demented elderly in Hong Kong and to improve the quality of service, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service successfully conducted a survey on dementia care in 57 care-and-attention homes and 25 day care centres for the elderly. The article reports the findings of the survey, and gives suggestions on welfare services for demented elderly. |
