| Abstract | Outside of the primary business conveyed by its title, The Hongkong Salvage and Towage Company Limited (HKST) has developed a valuable adjunct in the management of newbuilding projects. HKST acted as marine consultant for the new-building, supervising its construction in China to a design by Conan Wu and Associates of Singapore and its outfitting in Hong Kong. The latest of its multi-purpose vessel, named Goada Chief, is introduced in the article. |
