AbstractCompanies are increasingly realising that their success must be measured by how they have satisfied customers. They have found different ways of measuring customer requirements, and are committed to doing whatever it takes to satisfy them. Specific techniques used for measuring customer satisfaction vary, but the general approach and the methods used by leading companies have striking similarities with the eight key steps, which are listed in the article.
