| Abstract | Traditional Chinese medicine company Eu Yan Sang was built on a proud tradition of providing only genuine and helpful herbs and medicines to the public. After years of growth, and a divergence in operations, the company's separate branches in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong have been strategically consolidated under the roof of one holding comapany. In the article, the strategy behind the consolidation and the results the newly fused company has experienced are featured. |
