| Abstract | There has been growing disquiet about a number of clinical incidents reported in the media in Hong Kong. While looking for causes and contributing factors to these incidents, the majority of the discussions within and without the profession are surrounded by the long existing problems of manpower shortage, heavy workload and long working hours. The article concerns whether the ethical values are at stake in the daily working experience of the nurses. |
