| Abstract | One of HKU (The University of Hong Kong)'s prizewinning scientists is working on a groundbreaking technique to restore sight to the blind. Professor K F So, of the Department of Anatomy, is attempting to regenerate lost sight by grafting a peripheral nerve, taken from the leg, to the damaged optic nerve. His research is briefly reported in the article. |
