| Abstract | The article describes the automated teller machine (ATM) technology including switching network, control system, signal and ATM management system. It also introduces a number of typical ATM trial networks in China, including Guangzhou ATM trial network, Shanghai ATM trial network, Beijing ATM trial netswork, China posts and telecommunications (P&T) Scientific Trial Network, Guangdong commerical ATM trial network, and ATM-based frame relay network. |
