| Abstract | Many SLE patients demostrate features of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Adrenal insufficiency is one of the important although rare complications of SLE. It would be undesirable if one misses this diagnosis because it is a potentially lethal condition. There are now 29 such cases, including the case-report featured in this article. |
