| Abstract | The Department of Health, as recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization in the meeting on 3 June 1997, is launching a Special Measles Vaccination Campaign from end-July to November 1997 to prevent the possible occurrence of a measles outbreak in 1998. The prediction of a 1998 measles outbreak is supported by several scientific observations and is pointed out in this article. |
