| Abstract | As a caring organisation, Land development Corporation (LDC) is particularly concerned about propety owners and tenants affected by the Kennedy Town New Praya and Tsuen Wan Town Centre redevelopments. It therefore has held briefing sessions with these affected owners and tenants to ensure that they had a clear understanding of its acquisition, compensation and rehousing principles. This article gives a review of the sessions. |
