| Abstract | In this article, the author suggests that those who have the means should pay hospital charges, saving resources for those in greater need. The setting up of a system of family doctors is also an effective method. The frequency of subsequent consultation can be increased if specialist clinics were not so crowded. Also, waiting time would be shortened, and medicine reduced, avoiding wastage. |
