| Abstract | In the past few weeks, Hang Lung Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) and Cheung Kong (Holdings) have all fired off fresh luxury schemes, in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Ma On Shan respectively. As the competition mounts, potential buyers are being presented with an increasingly enticing range of incentives and facilities.
