| Abstract | Since its launch in 1993, the Hong Kong Youth Arts Festival has become the largest community project in Hong Kong. The concept - a platform for high quality, non-selective arts activities for all members of the community aged between 5 and 25 - has proven its appeal in the ultra-competitive environment of Hong Kong. And one of the most exciting things about 1996's festival is that kids are taking the initiative. |
