| Abstract | Asthma afflicts about ten per cent of Hong Kong children, according to medical experts. Most grow out of the breathing disorder but five per cent of adults continue to suffer, exacerbated by the territory's high pollution and stress levels. But despite its prevalence, public awareness is limited, prompting Queen Mary Hospital to begin an educational campaign to show how to prevent and control the condition. |
