| Abstract | Leong Fook-ho versus Leong Fook-kong, a decision of the Hong Kong Court of Appeal, is just another example of the appointment of a judicial trustee under section 63 of the Trustee Ordinance. On closer examination, however, the decision is of considerable importance, as it demonstrates the potency of section 63 in removing recalcitrant trustees, as well as the need to review the relevant statutory provisions concerning the appointment of trustees. |
