AbstractMore Asian contingents than ever are competing in the World Pastry Cup, which is recognised by chefs as the most important contest of its kind. For the first time, four Hong Kong kitchen masters were among them, along with Singaporeans, Chinese and Japanese. The team includes Johnny Chan of Nikko Hotel, Thomas Lui of the Marriott and Roger Luk of Harbour Plaza Hotel and Gerard Dubois as the team manager.
