| Abstract | Hong Kong's Vitasoy International Holdings Ltd is making a name for itself selling to Western markets. Its main products are traditional Chinese foodstuffs such as soy milk and other items not normally part of the typical Western diet. What's even more unusual, however, is that Vitasoy's experience in adapting its products to suit local tastes in the West is helping the company as it charts its expansion into central and northern China. |
