| Abstract | It is reognized that different fatty acids have different effects on serum cholesterol level. To measure serum fatty acids is much more accurate than to check the dietary fatty acids. This is the first study in Chinese to examine the fatty acid profile of adults in relation to serum lipids. This article is the abstract of the study report. |
