| Abstract | Green Groups are plunging into 1997 with a flurry of activities that include a new Internet site, an eco-park, tree-planting, an environmental resource centre, help and advice for students and businesses, and a host of programmes to extend the green campaign to China. The four main groups (the Conservancy Association, Friends of the Earth, Green Power and the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong) and the Environmental Campaign Committee are finalising plans to further promote sustainable development and environmental protection in Hong Kong. |
