| Abstract | The Mass Transit Railway's (MTR) new signalling system, known as SACEM, which can allow frequency to increase to 34 trains per hour and enhance train reliability, is nearing completion on the Tsuen Wan Line. The Corporation plans to complete the new signalling installation work on all its three lines by early 1998 and remove the existing train control system by the end of 1998 to complete the project. |
