AbstractDrinking tea is a popular custom in most parts of the world. It is said that the way to sip tea can reflect a culture. This is particularly true in Japan and China. Japanese believed that if people follow the rituals of "chado", their minds will be clear and peaceful. In the chinese point of view, how to make tea tasty and aromatic is more important. Therefore, tea making, rather tea ritual, is emphasized instead.
