| Abstract | Confiscated counterfeit goods are transferred to the Supplies Department. Since the faked products cannot be resold to the public as other pirated goods, they are given to charity with the labels removed whenever possible. Mr. David Lam, chief supplies officer in charge of storage and distribution for the Supplies Department, said if confiscated fake goods have no transactional value, they are usually destroyed. |
