| Abstract | Albums of nude photos are not new in Hong Kong. However, an intense debate has arisen over publication of male nude photos by local artists. Artist Simon Yam Tat-wah saw his first photo album published in November 1996. The album contains nude photos of Mr. Yam as well as some non-nudes. Yam said confidently that the album shows his innate qualities. In this article, a Hong Kong top model Janet Ma Sze-wai, a professional reporter Ching Yee and some Hong Kong people are interviewed to give comments on this issue. |
