| Abstract | Under the sponsorship of the Gansu PTA, a ceremony was held recently in Lanzhou to commemorate the operation of the Gansu video conference network after completion of its first-stage construction. The first-stage construction involves the establishment of a network covering 13 cities and three counties of Lanzhou. The second-stage construction will extend the coverage to all counties of the province to form a video conference network with 86 conference sites. |
