| Abstract | Since the reform and opening-up drive was launched some 15 years ago, the posts and telecommunications industry in Dalian City has witnessed substantial development. This article describes the measures taken by the Dalian P&T Bureau in the last few years to modernize the P&T (posts and telecommunications) sector. They include the transformation of concept, deepening the understanding of telecommunications, and building new network circuits with imported new technology. The P&T development plan for the next five years are also included. |
