Abstract | In a city that has developed something of an obsession with extravagant design over recent years, it is refreshing to step into a restaurant such as Nicholini's, where, since its inception seven years ago, reputation has been garnered on fine Northern Italian cuisine, an extensive wine cellar and friendly service. However, although an over-indulgent interior may not be the case, designers Chhada & Siembieda Associates have created an ambiance conducive to fine dining in this split-level restaurant.
