| Abstract | A multipoint video conference system of the transmission rate of 384 Kb/s has been developed jointly by the Nanjing Posts and Telecommunications (P&T) Institute and the P&T Administration of Fujian Province, and the prototype of the system has been appraised by the Department of Technology of the MPT (Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications) in August 1994. This article presents a brief account about the system's formation, technical features, and the way of network control. |
