| Abstract | This paper introduces a computer network in Hong Kong which provides professional support to teachers, irrespective of whether they are novice or expert teachers, and whether or not they are enrolled on a teacher education course. It first describes how this network was conceptualised and designed, its components and the rationale behind each component. It then discusses issues that emerged in its implementation and what implications they have for further development. |
