| Abstract | The Telecom Transmission Research Institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications had drawn up, as requested by Yakeshi Forestry Administration of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region (renamed as Nei Monggol Daxinganling Forestry Administration later), "1985-1995 Private Telephone Network Plan in Yakeshi Forest Area" in October 1985, which was approved in December at the same year at the meeting organized by the said Forestry Administration. The said Telecom Transmission Research Institute has contracted technologically the Phase 1 Project as its experimental spot, from the circuit engineering and equipment selection to the commissioning.
