| Abstract | Ya'an perfecture in Sichuan province convened recently the third conference on the construction of telecommunications. The conference summed up achievements made in telecom construction in the Eighth Five-Year Plan period (1991-1995) and laid out target for the Ninth Five-Year Plan period (1996-2000). In the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, Ya'an prefecture plans to invest 293 million RMB yuan in PT construction. |
