| Abstract | The State Education Commission and Texas Instrument Company (TI) of the United States made public on 16 October 1996 in Beijing TI's long-term China University Program. Under the program, TI will invest US$1 million in and provide free component parts, development tools, equipment and technology for the establishment of technological centers, data signal processing (DSP) solution and micro-controller laboratories in 13 universities in China. |
