| Abstract | Along with the development of China economic reform, the berth of Dalian Sea Port cannot meet the requirements, so Da Yao Wan new sea port area is set up. Da Yao Wan Sea Port project uses International Bank loan for construction. Main telecommunication equipment are purchased in twice. Telecommunications system of the Port consists of wire communication and radio communication systems. The characteristics of the system are featured in this article. |
