| Abstract | The Overall Development Plan on Infrastructural Facilities of the Xiamen Information Port drafted by the Planning Research Institute of the MPT has passed evaluation recently in Xiamen. The Xiamen Information Port features a three-layered structure, including a nucleus layer, an application layer and an environmental layer. The work is expected to be completed by the year 2010 when the information port will be built up. |
