| Abstract | The postal and telecommunications departments of Zhejiang Province have been following closely a policy of speeding up construction in communications so as to meet the increasing requirement of service with the fast development in economy in the few years before 1994, and have achieved outstanding results. China will enter a new era of economic development with the progress of a socialist market economy, which is interactive with the international markets and calls for more advanced means of communications. Hence, people should be more conscious of the circumstance and make effort to further develop communications with large-scale input to realize large-scale results. This article looks at what Zhejiang Province has done to meet the requirements. |
