| Abstract | With first-phase construction completed, the computer network of close-circuited television (CCTV) was put into operation. According to related leaders of CCTV, operation of the network made possible the automation of management on program data. It must be pointed out that the computerized program system paved the way for CCTV's video-on-demand (VOD) service. |
