| Abstract | Known as "Small Dragon" system, Shanghai's integrated telecom management system was put to use in Fengxian area after being evaluated by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. The "Small Dragon" system is composed of a number of telecom service sub-systems involved in business handling and management of different areas including order forms, line and number distribution, data on equipment and lines, billing account and comprehensive information service. |
